About Me

 

I trained at the Rosalind Oxenford School of Reflexology and have obtained a Level 3 Diploma. This means I am qualified to a level recognised and approved by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I am a member of the AOR and continually strive to further my knowledge and expertise in Reflexology. I am currently taking a post graduate course in maternity reflexology.

 

I have been fascinated by Reflexology for the last 15 years and have received countless treatments myself during this time, including during pregnancy and childbirth. I therefore have first hand knowledge of the benefits it can offer and I truly believe that it can help everyone and anyone, whether it’s for a specific ailment or some all important relaxation and ‘time out’ .
